Joelisa Rivera - Executive Director, Photographer

Joelisa Rivera is a dual-degree student at SUNY Purchase, pursuing a B.S. in Visual Arts and a B.A. in Arts Management.

Originally from Port Jervis, NY, she has combined her creative skills with real-world experience in retail, student financial services, and arts-focused leadership roles.

Throughout her academic and professional journey, Joelisa has contributed to photography and arts clubs as both treasurer and event planner, helping organize photoshoots, manage budgets, and support school-wide showcases. She’s worked hands-on with student-run initiatives, including art shows and fundraising events, while also displaying her own work.

With a strong foundation in communication, organization, and customer service, Joelisa is passionate about helping artists and creative teams stay both expressive and efficient. Her goal is to support the next generation of creatives with clarity, care, and collaboration.
